1. Which Image formats can I upload?
   

   The The Artistic Network site accepts JPEG formated images only for upload.

    

2. What is the size limit of images?
   

   Dimension wise images can be any size, however they will be resized upon upload to be within a maximum aspect of 640x480 pixels. File size can be no more than 2mb, the system will tell you if it ’s too big and ask you too reload a smaller version.

    

3. How do I upload a file?
   

   Email the Site Administrator and this will be done. There is a link at the bottom of the page.

4. How do I delete a file?
   

   Email the Site Administrator and this will be done. There is a link at the bottom of the page.

    

5. How do I sell my work from the site?
   

   Go to www.paypal.com and set up an account then when the account is active simply enter the email address your using for your paypal account.

    

6. Who organises artwork shipment?
   

   This is for discussion between the buyer and the artist. The Artistic Network bares no responsibility in the shipping of the artwork. As stated in Terms and Conditions. Section 2.1 of ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.
